QUARK ORM documentation site

QUARK now has a dedicated Docusaurus site for its ORM documentation.
The first version focuses on the core adoption path: getting started, modeling, querying, relations, migrations, transactions, CLI usage, multi-tenancy, caching, observability, dialects, benchmarks, architecture, and roadmap.
The docs are sourced from the github.com/jcsvwinston/quark repository and
reshaped into a website structure that is easier to browse and extend.
